WHAT IS SUBOXONE
Suboxone is a medication used as an adjunct to treat individuals with opioid addiction, with the intent of improving treatment outcomes. This medication is not the treatment for the disease of addiction, but rather decreases relapse rates and improves cognitive function so treatment can be more effective. Transitions, Inc. offers a comprehensive treatment approach including the use of Suboxone combined with psychosocial counseling and education. Transitions offers a MAT utilizing Suboxone in coordination with treatment services.
Individual treatment plans are prepared for each patient and reviewed regularly with treatment staff and the medical Doctor. A patient using MAT with Suboxone is required to fully participate in the recommended level of treatment services which may include some or all of the following: detox, outpatient, residential, recovery support meeting attendance, and aftercare services. MAT can not be used to detox only and clients thjat choose the MAT program must commitment to treatment and be able to pay for that as well.
INDUCTION AND FOLLOW-UP COSTS
$300 induction fee. This includes first meeting with Doctor. This does not include Rx.
$20 One week follow-up fee.
$20 Second week follow-up fee.
$60 monthly visit fee.
1st week medications: $45.00
Medication is covered by most insurance plans and medicaid.
Clients will be assessed for appropriate treatment or level of care.
TREATMENT COSTS–OUT PATIENT
$400 for IOP (Phase One) for first month of treatment and must be paid at time of induction. Program is Monday-Friday for first month; females 9a.m. until 1 p.m. and males 6:p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
$320 for IOP (Phase Two) Two nights a week for eight weeks
$160 for IOP (Phase Three) one night aweek for eight weeks.
TREATMENT COSTS-IN PATIENT
$4500 for Residential Treatment at Droege or WRAP; $1500 up front with payment arrangements made per Program Director.
