Transitions, Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to join the team as Clinical Supervisor for Outpatient Services, which includes Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, Certified Peer Support and Case Management. The Clinical Supervisor will establish and supervise a highly professional, dedicated team of clinicians providing treatment services for those with Substance Use Disorders.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human service or related field; LCSW, LPCC or related license required, Minimum of 2 years of supervision experience preferred.

Position: Director of Clinical Services
Status: Full Time

The Director of Clinical Services provides clinical and administrative leadership for the organization and provides operational and programmatic management of assigned services and teams. The Director of Clinical Services will set the cultural tone, establishing a highly professional, dedicated team of clinicians providing treatment services for those with Substance Use Disorders.

Position: Certified Medical Assistant
Status: Full Time, Second Shift (3-11pm)

The Medical Assistant assists providers and other members of the health care team. Performs a variety of patient-related tasks, ensuring smooth patient workflow. Operate as a member of the nursing team to support responsible and efficient medication management and service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Meet education and licensing requirements for a Medical Assistant in the State of Kentucky; minimum of 2 years Medical Assistant experience preferred..

Position: Licensed Therapist (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, CADC, LCADC)

Position: Food Service Worker 
Status: Full Time

The food service worker is responsible for ensuring an adequate food preparation. Maintains inventory of all needed supplies including but not limited to menu items snacks, drinks and special needs items for clients (weekday/weekend). Prepares pre-determined weekday lunches and dinners as needed. Monitors cleanliness of kitchen, pantry and cafeteria.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Basic culinary skills, good organization and communication skills, self-motivated.
