Position: Treatment Aide                                                                                                                                    
Status: Full Time or Part Time
The Treatment Aide provides milieu management and ensures safety of individuals or groups in Residential Treatment. As an integral member of the Treatment Team, he/she is committed to enhancing lives every day by promoting and participating in a positive, supportive, cooperative team environment.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Associates Degree or Peer Support Specialist Certification, with six months work experience in behavioral health or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Position: Nurse LPN/RN – Weekends – Eligible for FT Benefits

Provides nursing services at the Residential Treatment Center.  Works under the direction of the Nurse Practitioner.  Performs comprehensive assessments during admissions process to assist in the plan of care, identifying appropriate pathways based on client history.  Provides nursing education based on client’s individual needs to promote well-being. Observes medication administration, monitors for adverse drug reactions or severe withdrawal symptoms and completes documentation in compliance with procedures and CARF standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Registered Nurse with current RN or LPN license in State of Kentucky.  CPR certification required. Two years nursing experience with demonstrated ability to inspire others to excellence.  At least one year of chemical dependency experience desired. Additional nursing experience in behavioral health, extended healthcare and acute healthcare preferred. Working knowledge of CARF standards.

Position: Licensed Social Worker 

Status: Full Time or Part Time
Multiple clinical positions available. Transitions, Inc. is expanding and seeking Licensed Social Workers to join our clinical team! Works with Treatment Supervisor (or Program Director) to provide comprehensive treatment services to those clients in the Outpatient or Residential Programs. CSW or LCSW required.

Position: Licensed Counselor
Status: Full Time or Part Time
Multiple clinical positions available. Transitions, Inc. is expanding and seeking Licensed Counselors to join our clinical team! Works with Treatment Supervisor (or Program Director) to provide comprehensive treatment services to those clients in the Outpatient or Residential Programs. LPCA or LPCC required.

Status: Full Time or Part Time
Multiple clinical positions available. Transitions, Inc. is expanding and seeking Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselors to join our clinical team! Works with Treatment Supervisor (or Program Director) to provide comprehensive treatment services to those clients in the Outpatient or Residential Programs. Bachelor’s degree with CADC or LCADC required.

 

Position: Registered Nurse 

Status: Full Time
Provides nursing services at our multiple treatment locations. Works under the direction of the Clinical Treatment Director.  Performs comprehensive assessments during admissions process to assist in the plan of care, identifying appropriate pathways based on client history.  Provides nursing education based on client’s individual needs to promote well-being.  Observes medication administration, monitors for adverse drug reactions or severe withdrawal symptoms and completes documentation in compliance with procedures and CARF standards.  Registered Nurse with current license in State of Kentucky.  CPR certification required.  Five years nursing experience with supervisory and / or administrative experience plus demonstrated ability to inspire others to excellence.  At least one year of chemical dependency experience desired.  Additional nursing experience in behavioral health, extended healthcare and acute healthcare preferred. Working knowledge of CARF standards.
Position: Food Service Worker – Cook
Status: Full Time

The food service worker is responsible for ensuring an adequate food preparation. Maintains inventory of all needed supplies including but not limited to menu items snacks, drinks and special needs items for clients (weekday/weekend). Prepares pre-determined weekday lunches and dinners as needed. Monitors cleanliness of kitchen, pantry and cafeteria. Qualifications:   Basic culinary skills, good organization and communication skills, self-motivated.
